MyAccount Portal is management portal for customer to purchase and use Zettagrid Service. You can also check your invoices and usage detail of your subscription. When you want to update your subscription such as upgrade or downgrade, and even cancellation, you must do it through MyAccount Portal.

To access it, you can go to https://account.zettagrid.id/

This page when you want to purchase new service, you need to go to Catalog and fill the form as you required.

This page consist of list of services you have purchased. 

Billing

This page will show you list of invoices and payment details, quotation and top up balance.

Profile

This page consist of account detail such as company information, email, address. 

Security page also on this page where you can update password and enable 2-steps authenticator.
