This article will explain how to change Virtual Server resources on Zettagrid Indonesia. You may follow the steps and should you have any concern or question, please talk to our support team.

Preparation

Before ordering Zettagrid Services, you must have:

  • You have subscribed to Virtual Server
  • You have logged on into account.zettagrid.id

Guide

1. Click VPS in portal My Services VPSXXXX. Next click Manage and choose Resize 2.png

 

2. Resize New Configuration as needed and clicks Checkout

3. Click Update Now

4. Wait for a minute and Virtual Server will be ready with new configuration.
