This article will explain at point of view customer to order Virtual Data Center from Zettagrid Indonesia. You may follow the steps and should you have any concern or question, please talk to our support team.

Preparation

Before ordering Zettagrid Services, you must have:

• Create Zettagrid Account on https://account.zettagrid.id/account/create
• You have logged on into account.zettagrid.id

Guide

1. Once logged in, direct to Catalog tab
2. Go to on left side and select Compute > Virtual Data Center
3. Enter number of services you want to order.
4. 1. Select location: Jakarta or Cibitung
   2. Enter number of Processor and RAM
   3. Choose Storage types; Backup/Archive, Basic, Mid-tier, Performance and enter number of GB
   4. Select Network, for standard, choose NSX Edge – Compact
   5. Enter Traffic you want to order (Free for first 3000 GB)
   6. Enter number of IP Address
   7. If your VM using Windows Server, then you need enter number of VM Windows Server as licenses.
5. Click Add to Order
6. Proceed to next page and complete the process. Click Checkout
7. Validate your order and click Order Now
8. System will provision your order automatically. Please wait for about 5-10 minutes till complete.
9. Once it ready, you will get email notification and you can start configuring your services.
