This article will provide an information and guide for you to check your service changes. Every changes made on MyAccount will be logged into Change History. Typically changes related to purchase history. On Change History section, you will find your purchase date with detail of your purchase order.
To check changes history, you must ensure:
- You have subscribe to Zettagrid service
- Go to MyAccount portal.
- Find your Virtual Data Center service number, click on it.
- You will see this page and check your change history on the right.
