This article will provide information and a guide for you to check your service changes. Every change made on MyAccount will be logged into Change History. Typically changes are related to purchase history. In the Change History section, you will find your purchase date with details of your purchase order.
Preparation
To check the changes history, you must ensure:
- You have to subscribe to Zettagrid service

- Go to the MyAccount portal.
- Find your Virtual Data Center service number, and click on it.
- You will see this page and check your change history on the right.
